Pricing. Policy

 

my best in | Bordeaux offers distinctive rates for peak, low as well as Vinexpo season. Our pricing structure also takes into account the quality of each property and the number of days booked.

 

Low season :

• from November 1st to December 20th,

• from January 6th to March 31th.

 

Peak season :

• from April 1st to June 13th,

• from June 19th to October 31th,

• from December 21th to January 5th.

 

Vinexpo season : 

• from June 14th to June 18th.

 

In order to be fair for longer occupancy period, we do apply certain discounts on base rates :

• 15% discount if you book for 7 days up to 29 days.

• 30% discount if you book for 30 days up to 90 days.

 

Prices are per night and per apartment regardless of the number of occupants, provided that the number of occupants does not exceed the maximum defined.

 

What is included ?

 

The prices include the following items:

• Internet & Cable TV access

• Apartment cleaning before arrival

• VAT

• Telephone assistance for urgent request during your stay

• Taxes related to the apartment

 

What is excluded ?

 

The following items are excluded of per night rate:

• 20€ supplement  my best in | Bordeaux applies for late arrival, earlier arrival or extended day use/late departure

• potential option proposed by my best in | Bordeaux in the Options section
